Our construction litigation team brings decades of large project experience to our boutique platform. We have keen capabilities in developing the complex, technical factual record that is required to successfully enforce our clients’ contractual rights. Whether in court or through arbitration, our lawyers are experienced in the attribution of responsibility and allocation of damages to where they belong. We have worked for sureties, property owners, developers, contractors and materialmen, and litigated the full gamut of construction claims. Our experience includes issues with significant infrastructure projects including bridges, skyscrapers and power generation facilities, as well as issues involving curtain wall, windows, demolition, concrete, trenching and many other trades.

Strikowsky Drachman & Shapiro provides an alternative to the use of so-called “Big Law,” and the pernicious impact that large-firm rates, staffing and mechanized case handling impose on legal expense. We bring top-caliber capabilities in claims preparation, document management, coordination with experts and control of the litigation. Our knowledge of the construction industry, and the operational realities of construction projects, make us adept at readying and bringing your case to trial and to serving as your strategic partner in the process.
