Erik Kallhovd is an Associate concentrating in the areas of insurance coverage, complex litigation and appeals.  He has a substantial background in providing counsel to commercial lines insurers and in representing insurers in coverage litigation and against bad faith claims.  His experience includes a variety of occurrence-based and claims-made policy forms, including all-risk/first-party property, builder’s risk, commercial general liability, inland marine,  homeowners, commercial auto, and professional liability.  Erik also worked for in-house for a major insurance company, where he managed complex coverage litigation arising from casualty and first-party property claims
