He is well-versed in all aspects of investigating cases, working with witnesses, researching caselaw and accessing public-source materials to extract information supporting liability and damage defenses.  From pleadings through discovery, substantive motion practice, and the development of medical and other expert support, Justin is an advocate inside the courtroom and out.  Partnering with clients to manage exposure, Justin achieves advantageous resolutions while excelling in the communication, reporting and collaboration that are the benchmark of effective client service and a successful, cost-effective representation.
